RMC-ACIF Summer Immersion Program
A summer in Randolph-Macon College (RMC) will be a fascinating experience to help the students build up their resume and make their way to experience the American education in a campus full of authenticity.
Randolph-Macon is a private, coeducational liberal arts and sciences college located 15 minutes north of Richmond in the scenic town of Ashland, Virginia. RMC enrolls nearly 1,400 undergraduate students, who pursue their academic paths in 54 areas of study (including majors, minors, pre-professional programs and other areas). Randolph-Macon has a longstanding reputation for giving our students an “edge.” RMC integrates an outstanding liberal arts education and success strategies taught by extraordinary faculty mentors with a four year career preparation program called The Edge. Dedicated staff in The Edge Career Center, in concert with our faculty, work with students to develop a personalized Career Roadmap that provides them with a competitive advantage with their careers and when applying to graduate school.

RMC-ACIF Summer Camp Program will run two weeks, from Sunday evening to the second Saturday noon. The dates for 2015 is from July 26 to August 8. The group will live on RMC campus, stay in student dormitories, eat at student dining halls, study in classrooms and libraries, and exercise in student gym and campus outdoor playgrounds.
The courses will fit Chinese American kids who are interested in exploring Chinese language and culture classes and learning independent living skills during the summer away from home, as well as recent relocated Chinese kids who want to immerse him or herself in the college life in this historical liberal arts college in Ashland, VA which was founded in 1830. We accept participants who is between the age of 6 to 18.
